- Account credentials (email address and encrypted password)
- Belt rank and training history you choose to enter
- Training session data, including duration, techniques, submissions, and personal notes
- Competition records and match outcomes
- Class notes and instructional content you log
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
- App usage data, crash reports, and diagnostic information
- Subscription and purchase status (processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive full payment card information)
- Notification preferences and reminder settings stored on-device
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To create and maintain your account and provide the core features of the Service
- To generate A-Game Profiles, Weakness Detection reports, and Consistency analytics derived from your training data
- To process and manage your subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play
- To synchronize your data securely across your devices
- To send local push notifications you have opted into (e.g., training reminders)
- To investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, and other illegal activity
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
- To improve and develop new features based on aggregated, de-identified usage patterns
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:
- Supabase — cloud database and authentication provider. Your training data is stored on Supabase servers. See supabase.com/privacy.
- RevenueCat — subscription management platform. Handles purchase validation and entitlement tracking. See revenuecat.com/privacy.
- OpenAI — powers the Rollogic AI feature for Gold subscribers. Messages you send to Rollogic AI are processed by OpenAI's API. See openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app purchase processing. We receive only purchase confirmation and subscription status, not full payment details.
- Expo / Expo Notifications — push notification delivery infrastructure.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted storage at rest, and row-level security policies on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
6. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@rollwisebjj.com and we will delete that information.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

8. Push Notifications
With your permission, we may send push notifications to your device for training reminders, streak alerts, and journal prompts. You can disable notifications at any time through the app's settings or your device's system notification settings. Disabling notifications does not affect your ability to use the Service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, by sending a notification through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
